Materials are from texts such as: Face-2-Face, Cambridge English, Market Leader, etc. Also I ask watch the student wants to learn, for example: conversation, grammar, pronunciation, business English, etc. Students can also request their own style of lesson for me to help them learn. |

My name is Daniel, I am from the U.K, London. I have been living and teaching in Japan for about 4 years. I love living in Japan and I also like teaching in Japan.
I have experience teaching all kinds of students, such as elementary kids, junior high school, high school, university students and professional working adults.

In my free time I like to do sporting activities, mainly playing futsal and tennis.
I also enjoy going to movies, especially action, fantasy and adventure movies.
I have been to many places in Japan and I love travelling around Japan, especially Hokkaido. I want to see more of Japan during my time in Japan.

レッスンのやり方
The first part of the lesson is usually with a warm topic. The topic can be anything the student chooses such as current news topics, entertainment, sports or business.
After the conversation we work through textbook materials which I print to my students each lesson, you don't have to buy any textbooks. I usually like to use Face-2-Face textbooks, because they have 4 different levels, so it is good for every student's level. Each textbook program has different themes, new vocabulary and grammar to learn, so it makes each lesson interesting.
Sometimes before the lesson finishes I give my students homework to complete for the next lesson, which is the grammar point to use for the next lesson in their topic. This helps build the your conversation, vocabulary and grammar skill faster.
Although the style changes from student to student, depending on their needs and level. Some students only want to focus on Business English, so then we use real world English and current business news for such lessons.
I always want my students to talk a lot during lessons, because I can help correct mistakes and it is your chance to talk in English and become confident in using English, it is my job to help you achieve your target.
Regardless of the lesson style, I always enjoy teaching all kinds of students, from beginner to advanced.
